In terms of layout, you will find:
- A large living room opening onto the terrace, featuring a kitchen with all the essential equipment, a dining area for 4 people and a lounge area with sofa and comfortable armchair, accompanied by a flat screen television and of a coffee table.
- A beautiful 11m² terrace, with no direct view other than large green trees, benefiting from a “garden lounge” area for an aperitif and a dining table area with 6 chairs
- A first bedroom with its Queen size bed 160x200cm and its cupboard/wardrobe
- A second bedroom with its 2 large single beds 90x190 cm for the comfort of adults or children and its wardrobe.
- A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
- Independent toilets.

The apartment is located a stone's throw from the historic heart of Chambéry. In less than 10 minutes on foot, you will be at Place du Château to admire the vestiges of the ducal past, at Les Halles to do some shopping or Place Saint Léger to shop or sit on the terrace of a café (finally!)
Chambéry hospital is also less than 5 minutes away on foot.
Several bus stops are located near the apartment, notably to go to the thermal baths of Challes-Les-Eaux or the universities of Jacob-Bellecombette or Technolac.
The bus and train stations are just over 10 minutes' walk away.
Chambéry is ideally placed for a diversified tourist stay, you will be close to:
