Situated along ‘Place Edmond Desailloud’, guests are placed within a short walk of a neighbourhood eatery and Chamonix’s ‘Amnesia’ nightclub, as well as the nearby delights of the centre (2 minutes’ walk away). Ideal for self-catering ski breaks, the resort boasts a wealth of winter sport pursuits, and a weekly local food market with plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets to keep the kitchen cupboards stocked up.

A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night. Great Location and convinient. Parking access needs to be solved better

The property was clean and well equipped. It is close to the city center and lifts. The parking access is not straight forward. I had to park the car in a public parking during the first night as the parking garage fob was not working as it gets blocked if you don’t use it propertly. There has to be an easier way to solve that. Apparently the previous custumer blocked it so we had to wait until the next day for the office to work with the technician to unlock it. After it was unlocked everything went well. Just make sure you check in when the office is open just in case.

When we arrived at 7:45 pm to check in, the power was out and we learned that it had been out since the day before. We were not able to check in. The hosts did not respond to my message about where to park our car while we waited for power to be restored. We found parking and then went to dinner. When we returned after 10pm, thankfully, the power was on and we checked in, We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is perfect in proximity to Chamonix center and we could easily walk everywhere. However, it was noisy outside our windows as people seem to add glass bottles into the trash bins at all hours of the night. The elevator and hallways of this building are saturated with cigarette smoke. I would only stay here again if I had no other options

L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de Chamonix. L'appartement est agréable et bien équipé. L'équipe d'Abritel est accueillante, disponible et a le souci de vous faire passer un bon séjour. Quelques pancartes indicatives en plus dans le parking en sous-sol seraient les bienvenues.
