Great Accommodations- no personality

Stayed for the second time. Was not offered an upgrade and honestly have no idea about the amenities. Did not offer any information on local shops or recommended restaurants. Not very personable. May be looking for different places.

We stopped here for a week and it is by far the best hotel in Champaign. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was just right and the staff were welcoming and efficient. We will definitely be going back next year!!
