Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), in a reversed-floor building (so there's only one floor to climb), it comprises an 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi (4G) included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises
- 18 m² living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (two single beds)
- Bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit
- Separate WC

Exterior :
- A 10 m² balcony, facing the ski area and the mountains, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

Leisure area (pool, whirlpool, sauna and fitness room) available at extra charge. Open from July 5 to August 31 (with weekly closing on Wednesdays). Opening dates non-contractual.

The apartment is ideally located in Chamrousse, in very pleasant surroundings. All shops are close by:
- Equipment rental at 150 m and 500 m
- Grocery store 250 m away (Sherpa)
- Restaurant Le Chalet at the foot of the building...

Activities :
- Skiing, tobogganing, ski touring, Nordic skiing, general winter sports
- World's longest pylon zip line (summer and winter)
- In summer: downhill mountain biking, cross-country mountain biking, hiking (lakes, refuge de la Pra, etc.); Via Ferrata, climbing, Himalayan footbridge at La Croix de Chamrousse, zip lines, water-skiing, lake paddling, etc.
- In St Martin d'Uriage: municipal outdoor swimming pool (summer), Thermes d'Uriage, Uriage golf course, outdoor clay tennis courts, casino, 2* restaurant.
- In Vizille: museum of the French Revolution in the Château de Vizille
- Alpine ski area 150 m from apartment + equipment rental + automatic ski pass checkout
- Nordic ski area 150 m below the apartment, accessible by a pretty path in the forest
If you come out of season, almost all the shops are closed. Please ask at the tourist office before your stay.

Transport :
- If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge in the large parking lot at the foot of the building (no allocated space).

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- By car from Grenoble, take direction Station de Belledone, then Eybens, then Vaulnaveys, then Chamrousse.
- By train + regional shuttle from Grenoble
- By plane from Lyon St Exupéry airport (train + bus)
- Free shuttle bus every 10mn (2 stops 5mn walk from the apartment)

- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- The apartment is entirely non-smoking.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay must be done by you (or at an additional cost from our on-site service provider).

Très bon séjour passé dans cet appartement très bien équipé. Nous étions quatre et n'avons manqué de rien. Literie très confortable, équipement complet et de qualité. Concierge très disponible et professionnel ! Le propriétaire est également soucieux du confort des locataires... bref, nous reviendrons !
