Villa 'Margarita's 4' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Margarita’s Villa V is one of five autonomous villas located on the 10,000-square-meter grounds of the Margarita’s Villa complex, surrounded by olive groves and offering views of the mountains and sea. All villas are designed to ensure complete privacy between them.



Villa V is ideally situated between the center of Chania and the town of Agia Marina, close to many sandy beaches. This two-storey villa covers 190 m² and can accommodate up to eight guests in its four bedrooms.



Ground Floor



Upon entering the villa, you will find a spacious open-plan area featuring an air-conditioned living room with a large sofa, a satellite HDTV with streaming capabilities, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality fixtures, appliances, and an island breakfast table. Impressive stone walls decorate the area, and floor-to-ceiling double doors from the living room lead to the outdoor terrace. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and includes a king-size bed (1.70 x 2.00 m), an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a window overlooking the outdoor pool. There is also a family room on the ground floor, which consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed (1.70 x 2.00 m) and large sliding doors that open to the terrace with mountain views. This bedroom leads to a common area with a bathroom featuring a bathtub, a laundry area with a sink, and a staircase leading to a loft bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m and 1.20 x 2.00 m), a window with mountain views, and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a WC on the ground floor.



First Floor



The first floor has two bedrooms. One bedroom features a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and two private balconies. The second bedroom, as previously mentioned, has two single beds.

As a guest of Villa 'Margarita's 4' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
