No washcloths in bathroom. Shower did not drain. No WiFi. Towels so thin it took two to dry off. Reception at checkin was very unfriendly. Hot tub broken. Only one elevator working. In dire need of maintenance. This was our third stay at this property and each stay was worse than the time before. Will not stay there again.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s a very fairly priced option in the Charleston area. Room was clean, gym was had everything you needed. Wish they would clean/restock the room daily though.

No so great 2nd time around

The first stay was great. The second one was not so great. We got a room with a walk-in shower, but there was no sliding door to keep the water from splashing out of the shower stall. The room phone didn’t work. Had to call front desk using my cell phone to be informed that no extended check out time was permitted because they’re fully booked for the day/weekend.
