We loved the beautiful amenities and large rooms. The sitting area was roomy and the door to the bedroom was convenient so you couldn't hear someone watching tv in the other area. There was a happy hour reception in the lobby with snacks and drinks. It was nice to relax before dinner. We were able to walk to several places for dinner too. We plan to stay here everytime we are in Charleston.

I love the ease of checking in but driving into hotel to unload and park was not great. Valet parking is 21 and regular parking is 15/day. it's worth valeting

Feel this hotel is good, but do not care for most recent renovations. Hate the new decor. Breakfast and happy hour are not as good as before. No longer has a sports bar. Suites are spacious, clean, and comfortable--but overpriced. Will stay somewhere else next time.
