Location and Lovely Interiors. Great Service!

Beautiful hotel. The interior was gorgeous. The terrace was not very private so might not be worth the extra money. Location was very walkable and loved the extras including a choice of pillows. I forgot how nice the buckwheat pillows are - inspired me to order one for home. Their signature scent is lovely - they should think about selling the oil for diffusers.

Our room was quiet and comfortable, the central location is great for getting to restaurants, galleries, and shops, and the staff is really top notch. Having ice water, lemonade, and iced tea available in the lobby all day was a life saver in the August Charleston heat! I’m just sorry it was too hot to borrow their free bicycles.

Reception staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and afternoon snacks were excellent. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. While we didn't have a nice view from the room, that was more than made up for by the excellent service. An excellent overall choice for our visit to Charleston.

Wonderful first experience in Charleston!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the French quarter inn. The service from the beginning of our stay till the literal last second was stellar! We came as a family of 6 and were accommodated the entire way through! Would definitely come back for another stay-Highly Recommend.

Fabulous Stay!

Our recent 2 night stay was a delight. Large, family suite catered to our every need. Friendly, attentive staff and nice 'unique' touches made this a great choice for our family break in Charleston. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were some of the best I've ever had in a hotel. I will be sure to recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting the city.
