This getaway is conveniently located in Charleston's Historic Cannonborough-Elliottborough Neighborhood, a safe neighborhood where guests can walk around at any time of the day without any concerns. There are a lot of students in the area as the home is close to the Medical University of South Carolina. Even though you have a fully equipped kitchen at home, being surrounded by amazing dining options is a clear temptation and there's no one to blame! A must-visit while in Charleston is The Battery, a jaw-dropping promenade that is the perfect spot for a relaxing stroll and gives you the opportunity to admire beautiful homes and Southern-style mansions. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
