We didnât stay. We booked, we arrived and did a walk through. A/C didnât work properly, ceiling fan in living room didnât come on, internet didnât work, no batteries in any remotes, no paper towels, no toilet tissue, 2 towels for the entire week that we rented it for. The walls had black marksâŠâŠ and moreâŠ. It took us contacting customer service before host sent us the door codeâŠ.. we traveled close to 3 hours and we received door code 2.5 hours prior to checkin. The host was not responsive until I messaged to inform him of the air and other issues we had. I hate complaining and this is prob my first bad review on any service. We stayed 45 minutes, requested a refund, we booked another home for our week. When I chatted with vrbo the rep said the owner stated nothing was wrong with the home. Very untrue. I felt scammed by this âpremiereâ host! I should have taken pics but I was focused on getting my family out to a different property for our week stay! I am still waiting on my refund!
