Cons: NO POOL due to renovations. Not advertised. Sheets/pillows were stained like crazy.. made it entirely too uncomfortable to sleep in the bed. Even with new sheets, felt weird, unfortunately. No ice machine on our floor. Huge untold incidental fee: over $100. No overhead lighting so things feel dingy and a little run down. Shower leaked a couple times too. If I wasn’t staying for the weekend only, I’d have upgraded hotels. Pros: multiple outlets, bathroom, Tv, window for garden suite, pretty calm and quiet. Nice and easy check out/in, great customer service and location.. perfect place to go to airport and nearby attractions

First want to high the staff who were phenomenal!!! The lobby, bar, restaurant area is beautiful. The rooms were average and good for the price in comparison to some more expensive Hilton brands. The location is right off the interstate, but if you have to park in the back at night it can feel very unsafe. There is no clear entry way for back entry to avoid walking to the front.. we found a back entry door that lead to the gym to avoid walking to the front.

The hotel does not offer late night or early morning airport shuttles. The taxi fare each way was about $60. Not sure what last pick up time is but the shuttle does not bagin until 7:00 am. Nice hotel but pick closer one to airport that has shuttle service.

Although I stayed for only one night, I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always one of the best parts of staying at doubletree. Tbe only issue I had is hotels.com says it offers free breakfast, but that was not the case. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We checked in for 1 night the room was clean but the ac unit sounded like a tractor everytime it went on startling my husband and all night also the hallways reeked like marijuana making its way to our room and the toilet kept running all night. Needlless to say our comfort and relaxation went out the door.
