I chose this hotel, because of the swimming pool, needless to say it was not open. I was told, the the key card would have to re keyed often. The hotel needs a complete make over, because it is pet friendly, the hall way and elevators smelled like you were in a zoo.

When I came in the Lobby for the first time it was hot. The AC wasnt working on the 1st floor including the Lobby and reception said its been a month since it has not worked. I couldnt wven use the gym. The pool was closed due to back up inspection as well. The carpets in the hall ways was filthy like no one cleans them. Also, the 2nd day of my stay my key stopped working for my room so I had to get them activated again. The 3rd night, my key didnt work again so I had to walk to the lobby with a bunch of items I was carrying. I was pissed! The 2nd elevator near the Lobby only worked for 1st, 2nd, and 6th floor...so after my key was activated again...I had to walk all the way to the otherside to get it fixed. I kept waking up with bug bites so I for sure knew they had bed bugs. This hotel should be banned from Expedia. Shame on Expedia for hosting this hotel to stay in. The pictures isnt what the place looks like. Beware!

Infestation!!

Me and my family’s stay here was horrible!! There wasn’t many options for breakfast, the pool was out of commission, the AC in the lobby and hallways didn’t work, and they have an infestation of roaches. We found a bunch of little roaches all in our bathroom and when we notified the front desk Kim (front desk) said she would have someone come spray. When we got back to our room that same night we noticed nobody came to spray and nobody came for room service. We were out of rags, towels, and toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk for all of that then when we asked for it we were asked to bring all the dirty ones and they would replace them. The next day we found another roach that was bigger then the rest, so we again went to the front desk to about it and wanted a refund and that we were going to find another hotel to stay at. After we said that, Kim (front desk) said we wouldn’t be able to get a refund that she could just give us another room. That same night we moved to a different room that was on the 1st floor instead of the 2nd we found another roach crawling on the clock about to go into my daughter’s baby formula. Kim (front desk) was rude, disregarded everything we said, and doesn’t seem to care that yall have an infestation!! She treated to kick us out because we kept coming complaining about it because they were NOT doing another about it. Customer service is terrible!! Will NOT stay here or recommend for anyone. I will be contacting corporate.

The most disgusting place I have ever tried to stay the pic online where definitely not the truth of what this place looks like and smells. Dirty and Smells like mold and pee it’s gross!!!!

Pool wasn’t open and that was the main reason why I chose this hotel key card had to be reactivated almost every time we left the room. I had my dog with me and there was only a small patch of grass for my dog to use.

Shower didn’t get warm at all, tub was dirty, vent in bathroom was dirty, Netflix is offered on the TV but can’t access it because of WIFI, No AC in the entire building feels like a sauna. A couple people at front desk have been rude and act like they can’t be bothered to help with anything. Burn hole in the comforter.
