Overall, this is a great place to stay. The house is nice, the place was clean, there were plenty of towels and blankets. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, even in the winter. The house pretty much looks exactly like the photos.
The location is nice, we were right down the road from a nice park, restaurants, etc. The rooms were large, but the kitchen (as you can see in the photos) is kind of small in comparison to the rest of the house. It's still really nice though, it's mainly just a bit skinny for a house with 12 people all trying to get snacks at the same time.
The kitchen was extremely well equipped, possibly the best I've experienced. Knives that actually cut, all the different types of supplies we needed, etc.
I would definitely recommend staying there, and would definitely stay there again, but there were a few things we wish we'd known so here are some FYI points you may find helpful:
1. Make sure to check the hot tub as soon as you get here, it was down in the 80s so we bumped it up and had to wait until the next day to use it.
2. There's no actual walkway path from the parking area to the traditional front door of the home. The area where you do need to enter and exit involved you walking below the exterior steps and it was a bit awkward. Mainly for my parents, who have to watch their steps carefully.
3. The detached garage/game room is an uphill walk from the house and you have to go up several steps to get into the garage, in case that matters to you.
4. My parents stayed on the lower level bedroom so they wouldn't have to go up and down stairs the whole time. But just FYI that bedroom has a step going in and out of it inside and an oversized step going in and out of the exterior door.
The shower/tub in the bathroom on that level also was a decent step in and the tub was slick, so they ended up walking up the stairs to use the walk-in shower.
5. Communication could be better. We missed the fact that there was a number to call during our stay, because there were so many emails from them we didn't catch that part. So we messaged here instead and someone responded but never answered our questions. They eventually sent us that number, but they should have done that on the first day I messaged them instead of more than halfway through our trip.
