I normally don’t leave reviews, but I have to share this. I checked in late after a long drive only to find the room dirty — stained sheets, hair on the bed and in the shower/sink, and a soaked floor from a leaking AC unit. It was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned, so I left first thing in the morning. On top of that, there’s a club across the street blasting music until around 3 AM, so getting sleep here is nearly impossible. I requested a refund with photo evidence, and the manager still refused. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend staying here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay Near Charlotte Airport! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Charlotte. It’s in a convenient location — very close to the airport and surrounded by everything you might need, including a supermarket, Walgreens, TJ Maxx, Home Depot, and several restaurants. All the staff were very nice, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I really liked that the rooms had LVP flooring instead of carpet The towels were clean/nice, the bedding was comfy, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. I also felt very safe during my stay. The parking area has plenty of lights, and each hallway on every floor is bright and secure. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, which is great for late check-ins or if you need any help at night. After dark, everyone must enter through the main lobby entrance, which adds an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place near the airport with free parking. It’s a great value and very convenient for travelers!

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room was large. This hotel is dated. In its day it was probably a premier hotel but it could use some renovations. I wouldn’t be opposed to staying here again but I would likely look for something a little more up to date.

The staff at this property were so very nice. They went above and beyond texting to make sure we enjoyed our stay and had everything needed. The room was nice . I will stay this hotel needs an upgrade on the rooms . The vibe just didn’t match the room. I will say certain things a little run down like the bathroom/shower, ice machines out of order . The plus side the bedding was very cozy and room was clean . WiFi/internet was snail slow could not even watch tv without it pausing every 2 mins. Again just a little hotel upgrade on the rooms.
