The pool and coin bar by the pool were both closed for renovations and this was not communicated to incoming guests. I booked this hotel in large part for that amenity and was pretty taken aback by that.

The room was poor, the air con/heating did not work and we were freezing all night. There was also a draft at the window, which did not help so did not get much sleep and looked forward to getting into the car for some heating.

From the valet that handled our vehicle and all those that we came in contact with that works there, we could not have been more pleased. Courteous, caring and all pleasant. We really appreciate the service. The room was beautiful and we got to take advantage of the club 14 breakfast and happy hour. All very nicely done. We would definitely stay here again.
