The staff are very disorganized and unhelpful. I called the front desk to confirm our reservation the day of check-in, but when we arrived I was told my reservation did not exist. The hotel was also not clean, the hallways smelled and there were bad chips in the paint. We had to book a last minute room in another hotel, but the quality inn charged us a no show fee despite being the reason we weren’t allowed in to begin with. This was late at night and we were very lucky a nearby hotel had rooms available. This could’ve been a very dangerous situation. Everytime I call to get an explanation from the general manager they tell me he’ll be in tomorrow.

After we book this room I was told there was a $100 deposit which was not mentioned anywhere on Expedia. I was told I could cancel but I would lose the money already spent for the room. Not very happy about this situation. The staff was not very friendly or helpful - it seemed like waiting on us was a burden. I would not stay at this facility again.

Parking lot feels safe. Hotel room terrible. Heat didn’t work, it was blowing cold air all night. Both of us woke up with sore throat, slept in my jacket and 2 pants. Mind you it’s 45 degrees outside. Curtains are all ripped off, both bathroom and room and cold air is blowing non-stop in the bathroom also, so you can’t even take a hot shower because the cold air is blasting on you. Towel had black hair on it. Elevator dirty

The hotel had a bad smell and I couldn't take advantage of the breakfast. The food didn't seem fresh either. The room and the hotel itself didn't have a clean feeling.

My room had not been cleaned except for changing the bedding but im pretty sure there were bed bugs because i had sores on my arms and legs after I lay in it. I called and went down to the front desk to ask them to clean the room and was told they would send someone but I had to ask three more times before anyone would come and even after there was still a dried blood booger on the shower wall food splash on the wall beside the bed, hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor, ants on the desk/table, and the carpet felt sticky. Also the mirror in the bathroom slid sideways of its hinge and i even let the maintenence guy in on my way to work, but when I came back it was still down. When I went to check out there was a half crushed still living water bug/roach at the desk and staff just walked past it like it was nothing. The arch over the front door was disintegrating. I understand it was a cheaper hotel but the one next door was so much cleaner so why couldnt they be?

My daughter and her mother had a reservation for two nights that I reserved for them. They only stayed a single night and they checked out early due to the conditions of the location. I was notified the room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. She also felt unsafe with the amount of people that were loitering around the area. I attempted to get a refund for the one night that they did not send there but was declined.

Sheets were, let's say not bright white. Water stain on wall, juice machine at breakfast did not work. Saved $35 opposed to hotel next door. I'll pay the $35 extra next time. Never again.

Room was no clean

I’m not going to come back to this hotel because room was no clean. We found bugs, one bit me on my elbow when I was sleep. Air conditioner make too Much noises and shower had stains.
