we stayed here for a couple days in order to go to carowinds during this spring time. i chose this place since it looked cute and funky, which it was! the bed was super soft and the location was great. beautiful homes and trees all around. however, these reviews do not match our experience in the slightest. i’m unsure if they switched hosts or the room wasn’t turned over, or what happened. we walked in feeling gross from our travel only to find no laundry detergent to wash our clothes with (even though there was a labeled jar for it). and then we had to fold all of the towels out of the dryer. we didn’t see conditioner in the bathroom but there was maybe a tablespoon worth of body wash for the two nights. there was one bag of coffee and a couple biscoff cookies in the kitchen. definitely not the treats and breakfast and wine mentioned in these reviews. which is still confusing. the bathroom had a bug crawling across the floor and then if you looked up the shower vent probably could have gotten this place shut down. we texted the number that confirmed our reservation to inform them of all these issues and they responded that they’d come address them. i’m all for second chances but the only evidence of their further entrance was that they did change the disgusting shower vent! i wouldn’t stay here again. wouldn’t recommend. thanks!

Quiet

Great location if you are looking to be close to town but can sleep in a quiet area. We brought our dog and the surrounding area was great for walks without a lot of traffic. Main complaint is that the bed is too soft for my liking, but otherwise it was a beautiful apartment and great place to stay.

Great location!

Nice apartment in a beautiful area! I would definitely stay here again. The communication style from the landlord is very professional with a daily email checking in on us and suggesting places to go. The heated floors in the bathroom and the treats upon arrival were a nice touch.

The property was easy to access with close parking, stepless entry. The apartment had everything needed for a business traveler. It was quiet and comfortable. I plan to stay here again!

It’s the little things

This company goes above and beyond with little touches to make it an above average stay! From the note, to the food and drinks, to the personal communications, this stay really “felt” different and more humble. I had the pleasure of running into someone who worked for the company “the third J” for the company and he was so kind and asked about us and our stay. There is some construction nearby that got a bit noisy during the day but we’d stay here again I a heartbeat.

All Around Amazing

This unit exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and the decor was top notch. The added touches (wine, cocktail mixers) made us feel so welcome. I can’t say enough about this place. We wish our stay had been longer since there is so much to see & do in Charlotte. The neighborhood was beautiful and perfect for walking our dogs. We can’t wait to come again.

Typically i do not comment or write reviews for services received but in this instance I must. From the moment we opened the door to the apartment the layout and decor invited you in. Just a quick observation told you all that you needed to know about the upkeep. It was apparent that time and consideration went into every detail of the decor and the numerous features installed made our stay enjoyable. This was especially noted in the bathroom with its heated floors for those cold days to the double headed shower. Our gracious host also provided us with a few food and drink items as a welcome gift which we were both truly appreciative of. Bottom line if available we will definitely do our best to stay at this property and would encourage anyone considering renting from home collection to do so because you will not be disappointed.

Very well appointed & very convenient

The condo is located in a very nice historic area close to downtown. The host is very responsive and left snacks, coffee & wine for us which was an unexpected treat. It was very clean, comfortable and has everything you need and more. We will definitely stay again when in Charlotte. Thanks so much!

Like other units by this owner - very nice!!

This unit is newly renovated and very nice! It's in a building on the ground floor with multiple other units, some completed and others approaching completion. It has been very nicely done and had all we wanted and needed. The owner is terrific about providing items so that if you've traveled to get there, you don't have to go to the store right away - coffee, juice, english muffins, something for dinner, and even a bottle of wine!! The unit is in a wonderful location - not far from uptown or from those we were visiting in Cotswald. We will stay here again!

Very convient to everywhere in Charlotte. Lovely neighborhood for walking Apartment perfect in every way. Clean and new with all the extras. Third visit with this company with different apartments they offer. Have not been disappointed!
