Located in a peaceful neighborhood that is a quick drive from the Charlotte City museums and famous restaurants, you will have all you need for a memorable stay.

Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity
No Smoking in the home. No exceptions.
Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest.
Do not flush feminine items down to toilet.
Turn lights off and A.C/Heat to 67 degrees when away.
Please do not rearrange our furniture. If you do, please put them back in the original location prior to vacating.

Baseball in Charlotte
Four father/son pairs enjoyed this property during a five day stay in the Charlotte area. The location is great with close proximity to the airport, downtown food & attractions, and freeways. The check-in process was simple, and hosts very responsive throughout our stay. The upstairs and downstairs living areas provided room for adults and teens to enjoy their own space after long days at the ballpark. Overall, a positive experience during our Charlotte stay.
