The staff was so helpful and courteous. But...and a big but...we've been there for 5 days but the housekeeper cane only once. And the worst part is there was even a spider web in the bathroom floor that stayed there, till we left. But after that, it was good (the food, the pool, the gym, the people)

Staff was polite and parking was free. Breakfast was as bare bones as it comes. Took the water in the shower over 5 minutes of running before it went warmer than ice cold, then it went to burning hot. Very tough and time intensive to get a normal shower temperature.

We only needed a room for one night, at check in we were greeted by the 'bartender' who was working front desk as the bar was closed. She was very friendly and professional. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area!

Poor design. Desk light blasts light onto sleeping person. Bathroom door has translucent pane, so turning on a bathroom light at night blasts light onto the bed. Not nice for a sleeping person. Inadequate racks for bath towels and bathmat. Original room had a dripping water leak around the shower overhead light-- a potential electrical shot and fire hazard.
