Had a girls weekend to visit Charlotte and to see Les Miserables. The unit was perfect and larger than expected. The bathrooms were very nice with 2 sinks in each. Very close to most everything in Uptown. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Charlotte. One note and this has nothing to do with the unit itself if you have multiple cars the parking is outrageous. The lot across the street only allows 10 hour increments. One of our travelers ended up paying almost 60.00 in parking fees from Saturday around 11:00 am till Sunday around 10:30. Again this is out of the control of the unit has they do provide one free parking pass for the unit. But it is helpful to know if you have multiple vehicles.
We were right in the middle of everything, with a parking spot! Perfect walking distance to get to everywhere we needed to go. Great if you need to walk to Discovery Place, the Blumenthal, St. Patrick's Day Parade, or baseball game (just to name a few). Apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and very spacious.
We had a great experience with easy checkin and all information provided was accurate. Outstanding location for events at BOA Stadium or other nearby attractions.
The apartment was comfortable for our party of 8 adults for 1 night. There was an iron and ironing board available. The beds were comfy. We could not find extra rolls of toilet paper in the apartment and for $300 per night complimentary coffee would've been nice. The downtown city area was very noisy all night long unfortunately.
Upon arrival there was a little confusion about parking. Once we figured it out it was fine. Property was easy to maneuver in and out considering so close to the city. Arriving at our room, the place was clean. Love that it had 4 sinks and mirrors. We stayed here for a concert at Bank of America Stadium. Within walking distance. Property Manager/host was super helpful and always responded in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.
We had a group of 5 staying for the Charlotte Hornets game, and the Spartan race. We walked to the arena in 6 minutes, played pool in the rec area, and used the fitness center (which is really nice). The place is nicely updated, super clean, and has a well stocked kitchen. The single beds worked fine for us with 4 bedrooms and 8 beds. It was also nice to have the Keureg coffee maker with k-cups, and a store across the street for coffee and breakfast. We will definitely stay again next year if we do another Spartan race. Host was really quick to respond, and had encouraging words for the race.
