The staff will deactivate your key. will remove your reservation out of the system, even though hotel.com has confirmation, along with your email confirmation. The staff will play clueless, and tell you to contact hotel.com for a refund. Please stay away from this hospitality. Fishy business!

I will be filing a civil action against corporate of this corporation. They remove my property from my room without my consent or any communication on why it took place in the first place. They refused to provide me any written documentation for me to have for future bookings ,and to my employer to state why I missed work.I was prohibited from using the WiFi. Housekeeping walked in on me twice, due to their list stating vacant.The GM avoided me while on the premises. My property was damaged in the process and I missed mandatory training due to their negligence. I am potentially out of a career, and the only way I am able to protect my self is by taking legal action

The second floor room was dirty and it smelled really bad. The hallway smelled so bad like the dogs are just popping and urinating in the hallway. They moved me to the third floor room it was not cleaned well my son was going to sleep on the pull out couch but when we pulled it out it looked like bedbugs and it had dead roaches. They really let this hotel go down the drain. This was on 10/27/2025

The air conditioning vent was dirty both filter an ceiling vent was clogged up with dirt the room smells musty the beds aren't steady in place they are runned down mattress on bed and reused covers the bed wasn't cleaned

The first room I had had a real bad smelly odor, and then I was asked to have another room and was moved up to the fourth floor, but did not realize the elevator stopped working after I checked in so I had to go down for flights of steps

This hotel smells like garbage, I was told by clerk that is main clientele are long term tenants. Is behind a very noisy road and there’s no curtains on the windows, which makes it hard to rest. The rooms are poorly cleaned since ppl stay there for months. And they don’t provide clean towels.
