Wonderful Lakeside Stay

We had a fantastic time. The house was beautiful and clean. Our family of 9 had a lot of fun. We rented jet skis and a boat (which was right around the corner). We also enjoyed just jumping off the dock and swimming. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Great Lake house

We enjoyed our stay. House and property were great. Plenty of space for entire family to spread out or relax together. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Easy access to grocery store and restaurants/shopping. Outdoor space and lake toys were perfect. Enjoyed morning coffee on the screened in porch, afternoons in the lake and evenings by the fire pit. We rented a boat from local marina and enjoyed all the fun the lake has to offer. Highly recommend!

A fabulous home!

We had such a wonderful time on our vacation with our family and friends! The house was extraordinary clean and had all of the comforts of home, and then some. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make great meals including a gas grill and a Blackstone. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. Drinking our morning coffee on the screened in porch was a favorite. The basement is large and full of games for all ages. It’s a quiet cove (not a lot of traffic) and we were able to use the floating mat and swim at the dock. This house had so many added touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Julie was very responsive to any questions we had. This home is a must for your vacation at Lake Norman!

Go Jump In The Lake!

What an amazing time we had for our LKN getaway. The house is clean, well stocked and has room for everyone! The kids enjoyed having their own hangout space in the basement while the adults enjoyed some quiet time on the screened in porch. They also supply some fun family games that brought us all together, a very nice touch. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a gourmet family meal, including a gas grill and Blackstone. The beds are super comfy and all the linens and towels feel luxurious. Julie was the perfect host even giving us a great recommendation on a boat rental (Saltshaker). Will definitely look to book this house again and highly recommend it!

Amazing house, great location!

The house was exactly what we needed for our extended family! It hit the needs for adults and kids with all the extras that make for a comfortable stay. The house was extremely clean and ready for us the minute we arrived. You can tell the owners put the time and thought into the upgrades to the property. It didn't feel like a rental at all. The property is in a protected cove which made it perfect for taking advantage of the paddle board, kayaks and floating mat during our stay. We spent the majority of our time at the dock and the outside spaces around the house. We rented a boat for the last few days of our trip and the location / setup of the dock made it easy for novice boaters to dock when returning from our adventures in the nearby main channel. We didn't need to contact the owners during our stay but they were responsive with any questions we had throughout the process. Excellent hosts and we would definitely consider returning for another trip!

Better than the pictures!

The house was perfect for our lake trip with friends! Everything you possibly need for a comfortable stay is provided; it feels more like a home than just a rental property. The house also looks even better than the pictures! The house is in a protected cove so if you are wanting to swim and float in the water right off the dock there aren't constant boats coming and going, but if you do rent a boat they are connected to a major outlet of the lake with plenty of room for water fun like tubing and skiing! Our group has been going to lake Norman for many years for summer vacations and this house has been our favorite by far! The owners were responsive with any questions we had during the trip. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Will definitely be returning!

HOME AWAY HOME- 3 week work trip

House beautiful inside and out, all the comforts of home and very relaxing. This was for a 3 week work project that we were in the area, home owners very easy to work with we had a small issue with water pressure and they were very fast to fix issue, no problems what so ever. highly recommend this property. We come to the area 3-4 times a year with needing 3 week stays for our techs, definitely will be staying here again if the property is available. Property won't disappoint you - right on the Lake.

Fantastic Place

This house was exactly as advertised. My family had an amazing time. Julie & Gary were super responsive to all questions prior to us coming the down. Absolutely loved it!

We had a blast partly because we picked such a great rental for our immediate family. Extended family stayed in other homes on the lake and everyone loved our rental the most with fantastic location on the lake, great water depth, wonderful dock, better parking, the extent of luxuries included in our rental, The grill, the Blackstone, the amount of seating, the screened porch, I could go on and on. These owners have truly thought of everything to make your stay the best vacation possible. Want to visit again as soon as we can!

Great place for a summer vacation

Our family really enjoyed our time at this lake house. Owners made it so easy with an outstanding guide to their home and the area. Beautiful Lake Norman

We had a wonderful week at Lake Norman. The house is beautifully furnished. We loved the swing on the screened in porch, the large umbrella over the table on the upstairs deck, the bunk beds and the basement area for the kids, the Aqua lily pad. The lake was so clean. The owners were very pleasant to deal with and very quick to respond.

Perfect lake house for a Thanksgiving Celebration. The kids enjoyed the downstairs room with giant bean bag chairs. A good selection of board games to play. Lots of room in the kitchen to cook. Loved this home

We had such a wonderful extended weekend. The house is beautiful, modern and furnished well. It is close to the water. We caught a huge catfish off the dock, played volleyball in the yard, kept pool tournaments going, and really enjoyed our family time. The table with huge umbrella on the patio looking over the water was out favorite spot for dinner. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again.

Amazing Home!

Julie and Gary thank you for the use of your home. It was perfect for our family vacation. Everything was there, from the wonderful waterfront with shaded Gazebo, the floating mat, noodles, kayaks, to all the games inside. The lakefront is in a cove which made swimming very safe without high speed boat traffic. Julie, the owner is highly responsive and an attentive VRBO owner. Julie was the best communicator. If I sent a message I got an immediate response, and I appreciated that. This place feels like a home, not a rental. The house was immaculate. The kitchen is very well stocked, anything we needed or wanted was there. Very comfortable beds, like new furniture and amenities, I can’t say enough good things. Best Vacation Ever!

I could go on for days about how great this vacation rental was. The House was perfect and Julie was a phenomenal host. Upon entering the home we were greeted with a personal card and a bottle of wine from the Camo family. The location and amenities kept 6 kids busy the entire 6 days. The house is practically Brand new from a renovation. We caught several fish from the dock and the kids loved the giant lily pad that was provided with the rental. Overall we had the best vacation we have ever been on and already have plans to rent this home again. Everything about this home, host, location, and amenities couldn't have been better.
