BEWARE if you are Hispanic. there’s this black young chubby lady at the front desk , not friendly if you’re Hispanic. If you’re Caucasian she’s lovely , I’ve notice something on her attitude the first time I did a check in, but the second time definitely was obvious. Very friendly with the Caucasian couple on front of me, but when was my turn not a single smile nor a friendly attitude. Also she give me an higher price than what they told me on the previous day. also they need a proper training before they start doing check inns, it takes forever to get your room. Hispanic brothers, don’t spend your money on places where they allow employees to make you feel unwelcome.

The stay overall was nice. The breakfast was lacking as it could have used more protein options. Waffles and some yogurt are not enough. The beds were comfortable and provided a good sleep. The staff were wonderful and always available to help.

We were in town for a ballet audition for my daughter. It was a short stay, but staff was friendly and helpful, and room was clean and quiet. It was a great value. We did not take advantage of the breakfast because we didn't have time.

Hotel Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortably firm, which made for restful nights, and the linens were impeccably clean, adding to our sense of coziness. However, we felt that the complimentary breakfast could benefit from a wider variety of options to cater to different tastes. Despite that, the overall experience was positive, and we are likely to return for another stay in the near future.

I booked the room before reading aby reviews because I wanted to make up my own mind. After my stay and reading the reviews, unfortunately, mine is much the same. After checking in andngoing to my room, i opened the door to find the room was a mess with unmade beds, food containers and drink cups littering the room. I returned to the front desk and the desl clerk said " the told me.it had been cleaned." I was assigned a different room which was clean and quiet. The breakfast offerings were dismal. Im a diabetic and there was nothing that was healthy to chose from. The bananas had been there so long that you could smell over-ripe ketone scent through the lobby. The choices of foods were all carbs and sugars. The staff was polite and seemed to be trying but this place needs to step up their overall gqme.
