This is a beautiful hotel and we had a fun time here. The staff was friendly and nice. We had fun hanging out in the bar area. The room was nice, bed was comfy and the shower really great. The only negative is the area - we were really looking forward to walking around all of the shops and the Downtown Mall; however, there really were not any good shops for our liking and there were A LOT of homeless people in the mall area. We did have a great meal at one of the restaurants and hung out at a bar close by who had live music outside, but there was a friend of the band who had to run interference to keep a homeless person away from the band the whole time.

I was so happy staying at the renovated Omni. The beds and pillows were the best I have ever used. Better than high end luxury brands. The atrium is so beautiful especially at night. There is a great bar, and beautiful restaurants. And parking was so easy and included!

This is a fantastic hotel centrally located with walking access to shops and restaurants. The staff at this hotel is amazingly friendly and a big shout out to Ronelia at the front desk.
