The beautiful Ardèche

A fantastic house in a good location with fantastic hosts. The property was amazing. Huge areas for whatever you cared to do. Relaxing on sofas, eating dinner either inside or out, playing boule, it was all catered for. The BBQ area was fantastic and the kids really enjoyed the pool. I would highly recommend this idyllic escape to anyone. recommend this recommend this

Super property with fantastic hosts

I don't often write reviews for places I go to but the quality of this property and the hospitality of the owners (Francis and Marylise) has inspired me! Shortly after arrival Francis told us we were his first ever English visitors ...... what could possibly go wrong! Well in this case nothing. The property was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay. Our small amount of French, our hosts English (far supierior to our French!) and a good dose of Franglaise and Google translate meant any communication issues were soon overcome. A couple of things worth knowing :- - You do need to be in a car as the property is in an amasing but remote setting ...you won't be walking to the boulangerie every morning as it's just too far - Francis is a sports person and can help sort out Kayaking, climbing etc so don't book these in advance like we did - Take mozzi repellent and don't forget to put it on!! I could write loads but simply put ..... Just book to stay, I'm sure you'll have a great time!

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen met een aperitief door de eigenaars. Het huis en omgeving zijn schitterend : vooral de buitenkeuken met bbq,plancha en pizza-oven zijn super ! We hadden een zalig verblijf bij heel behulpzame eigenaars die onze privacy respecteerden.

Nous avons passé un week-end fantastique, profitant des atouts de la région et particulièrement de cette location.Nos hôtes, Marie-Lyse et Francis, présents mais discrets nous ont accueilli chaleureusement dans leur havre de paix.Gîte très fonctionnel, au delà de nos espérances, au calme, isolé, grands espaces de vie intérieur et surtout extérieur, terrasse ombragée, petite piscine conviviale, cuisine extérieure avec four à pizzas, terrain de pétanque, ping-pong…parfait !Important, cette location est à déconseiller aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou difficile car beaucoup de petits changements de niveaux.

Exceptionnel

Des propriétaires absolument formidables, qui nous font partager les bons plans de visites du coin. Très attentifs et à l'écoute pour notre bien être, adorables.La maison est juste magnifique, fraiche pour bien dormir, très bien équipée, literie au top, salles de bain impeccable, tout est beau et fonctionnel, avec de beaux espaces intérieurs.Terrasse nickel, cuisine d'été idem, four à pizza et plancha, nous nous sommes régalés....Aménagements extérieurs terrain de pétanque, table ping-pong super .Le coin est tres calme, proche des commerces, et la vue de la maison sur les vignes et les bois est la garantie de passer des nuits très calmes.Je recommande vivement. Merci Marilyse et Francis, nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez vous. Irène, Michel, Mickaël, Aurélia, Sébastien, Anthony, Léa et les 2 puces, Chloé et Camille

Toller Erlebnisurlaub mit vielen Highlights!

Wir haben tolle 2 Wochen mit unseren 4 Kindern (10 - 21) in den Herbstferien in der Ardèche verbracht. Für uns eine der schönsten Urlaubsregionen die wir kennen. Das Wetter ist in dieser Jahreszeit super angenehm, meist sonnig und etwas über 20 Grad, so dass man viel wandern, klettern, etc. kann. Bei schlechtem Wetter (Ende Oktober durchaus möglich) gibt es genügend Indoor Aktivitäten (Grotte Chauvet2, Tropfsteinhöhlen...). Gastgeber Ganz besonders möchten wir uns bei den Gastgebern Marylise und Francis bedanken, die uns freundschaftlich empfangen haben. Insbesondere Francis hat sich als pensionierter Outdooraktivitäten Professor toll um uns gekümmert. Wir haben seine unaufdringlichen gratis Angebote gerne angenommen und sind mit ihm 1 x Wandern und 2x mal als totale Anfänger klettern gewesen. Auch haben wir seine Tipps für Wanderungen genutzt. Unterkunft Hier gibt es auch nur positives zu berichten. Die Unterkunft ist so schön und großzügig wie auf den Fotos. Es ist alles da, was man für eine große Familie benötigt und sogar ein Pizza-Holzsteinofen, den wir für ein Familien-Pizzabackevent genutzt haben. Vielen Dank für den tollen und Urlaub und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Merci Marylise et Francis pour votre accueil nous reviendrons

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique demeure ardéchoise avec tout le confort A disposition ( terrain de pétanque-badminton-ping-pong - piscine pour se ressourcer ) Le soir de notre arrivée Marylise et Francis nous ont offert un pot d’accueil. Et nous avons échangé sur les sites à visiter dans la région et Francis nous a proposé de nous accompagner sur divers activités randonnée escalade canoë. Coline a fait deux heures d’escalade avec Francis un pur bonheur Nous voilà parti pour une descente de 12 km sur l’Ardèche, matériel fourni gratuitement par Francis. La descente fut périlleuse quelle patience il a eu Merci beaucoup Francis

Séjour heureux en Ardèche

Propriété ardèchoise authentique avec toutes les commodités essentielles et plus encore, idéale pour famille avec enfants. Magnifique séjour

Chers Marylise et Francis, Nous tenons à vous remercier du fond du cœur pour ce merveilleux séjour dans votre maison. Votre accueil chaleureux et votre hospitalité ont rendu ces vacances inoubliables. La maison était tout simplement parfaite, très agréable, bien équipée et très confortable. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous ! Francis, votre geste de construire un terrain de badminton pour les enfants était extraordinaire. Ils ont passé des heures à s'amuser et à rire ensemble, créant des souvenirs qui resteront gravés dans nos cœurs. Vous nous avez également fait découvrir votre région, notamment au travers de cette superbe balade dans de magnifiques paysages. Nous avons été émerveillés par tant de beauté naturelle et de tranquillité. Et bravo à Pitchoune pour son agilité. Encore une fois merci pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour rendre notre séjour exceptionnel ! Nous repartons avec des souvenirs précieux et le désir de revenir un jour pour vivre de nouveaux moments magiques en Ardèche. Wundervolles Haus mit tollen Gastgebern

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in einem liebevoll eingerichteten Landhaus verbracht. Am Poolbereich lässt es sich super entspannen, die Terrasse bietet einen wundervollen Sitzplatz abgeschirmt von der Sonne und mein Mann hat den Grill in der Aussenküche geliebt! Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Beste waren aber unsere Gastgeber, so liebenswürdige und hilfsbereite Menschen, das haben wir noch nie erlebt. Francis hat eine Kanutour mit uns gemacht, wir waren zusammen wandern und das gemeinsame Boule spielen hat auch nicht gefehlt. Die beiden Gastgeber wohnen in einem kleinen, separaten Teil des Ferienhauses mit eigenem Eingang und waren sehr diskret und unaufdringlich. Francis gibt wertvolle Tipps für Freizeitaktivitäten und kommt auch gerne als Begleitperson mit, wenn man möchte. Wir werden diesen Urlaub in wundervoller Erinnerung behalten 😊

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, la maison et tout l’équipement à disposition, très appréciable quand on part avec des enfants ! Les hôtes sont très accueillants, sympathiques et toujours très disponibles. Nous remercions Francis pour les activités proposées, ça nous a beaucoup plu. La région est de plus gorgée de superbes endroits à visiter et comptent pas mal de rivières où on peut s’y baigner, nous reviendrons certainement !

heel leuke vakantie bij fantastische eigenaars

prachtige woning en faciliteiten in een prachtig en rustig gelegen dorpje. geweldig goed ontvangen door de eigenaars nadat we heel lang in de file hadden gestaan. als we iets nodig hadden was het hun niks teveel om ons te helpen. de eigenaar is zeer sportief en behulpzaam om ons te helpen om fietsroutes uit te stippelen of waardat we best gingen canoën of klimmen of gaan uiteten. we konden echt alles aan hun vragen maar zij lieten ons ook gerust, het was niet dat ze zich opdrongen. voor de rest was alle comfort ook aanwezig, zelfs voor de baby was er alles voorzien. wij komen zeker nog eens terug. bedankt Françis en Marylise en Petchi

Zomervakantie 2022

Afgelopen maand verbleven wij met 2 gezinnen in dit mooie vakantiehuis. Vanaf de eerste dag voelden we ons hier echt welkom dankzij de heel gastvrije gastheer en gastvrouw! Zij gaven ons heel wat informatie over de streek en gingen zelfs met ons gaan klimmen. Het huis is rustig gelegen en heel praktisch ingericht met als kers op de taart het mooie overdekte terras en het zwembad. We hebben hier heel wat mooie herinneringen gemaakt! Een echte aanrader voor wie deze streek wil verkennen.
