Confort, commoditĂ© et beautĂ© Ă  seulement 5 minutes Ă  pied de la plage de Ridgevale. NichĂ©e dans un quartier calme, notre maison de plage a Ă©tĂ© amĂ©nagĂ©e avec goĂ»t, dĂ©corĂ©e et rĂ©novĂ©e. Le concept Ă  cƓur ouvert repose sur une cuisine rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e et bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour les amateurs de cuisine. Elle comprend une nouvelle cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz, un four micro-ondes intĂ©grĂ©, un lave-vaisselle et un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. Le gril Ă  gaz Weber est Ă  proximitĂ© sur le pont arriĂšre si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez des steaks chauds dans l'air marin.
En bas de la salle familiale nouvellement fini a une grande table de billard et 60 pouces TV à écran plat. L'espace est accueillant, baigné de lumiÚre naturelle et de siÚges confortables.
Au niveau principal, derriĂšre la porte coulissante personnalisĂ©e de la grange, se trouve une chambre spacieuse avec un lit Queen. Ce niveau a Ă©galement une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse et une salle de bain complĂšte. A l'Ă©tage, deux autres chambres vous attendent ainsi que la deuxiĂšme salle de bain complĂšte. Une chambre avec lit King et l'autre avec deux lits jumeaux. Chaque maison de vacances Ă  Cape Cod a besoin d’une douche extĂ©rieure, c’est une tradition, mais cela devrait ĂȘtre la loi. Alors oui, nous en avons aussi!

Perfect Cape Escape!

This house was perfect for our group! The rooms were spacious and the house was decorated with a coastal theme. Loved the big TV and pool table in the basement. The neighborhood felt very safe and it was a short walk to the local beach. Downtown Chatham was a close drive away, so the location was perfect for our group. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Great base to explore the Cape

Visiting the Cape for the first time with my 90 y/old dad as our tour guide. We stayed 2 nights here. Enjoyed an evening walk on Ridgevale Beach, a great meal at Chatham Squire, and comfortable accommodations for all.

Perfect family vacation spot!

This is the perfect place for a family vacation in Chatham! Perfectly clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked, beautiful deck, awesome finished basement, and walkable to Ridgevale beach for sunning, swimming, kayaking, and more. We love this property and hope to return next year!

Lovely stay in Chatham

This was a great house and location for three generations to enjoy Ridgevale, Hardings and all Chatham has to offer. Very comfortable and well stocked space. Hosts were responsive and space was thoughtfully cared for. Thanks for a great vacation!

Family Vacation

We came to Chatham to visit with local family and celebrate our boys birthday’s. The location was excellent, Ridgevale beach is fantastic for the kids with the back waters and crabbing. Vacation to remember for sure!

Beautiful, clean property very close to the beach!

We loved our stay at Summerfell. The house was so clean and stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation week. Our kids love Ridgevale Beach so it was such a treat to be a short walk away. Bill was easy to contact and told us to call him with any issues (we didn’t have any!). It made for a very relaxing week to stay at such a great house. We hope to be back again next year!

Summer visit

This is a lovely home that is very clean and well equipped for just about any family! The hosts were welcoming and responded quickly to a few small questions about things to do in the area. The house is in a great location (7 minute walk to beach), relaxing and comfortable. We enjoyed our week very much, and would return!

5 STARS!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The house is even nicer in person than in the photos! It's very comfortable, well stocked, clean and the location is FANTASTIC. The neighborhood is charming and the beach (which is absolutely beautiful) is only a short walk away. Also, the shops and restaurants of downtown Chatham are not more than a few miles away by car. Our teenagers loved the pool table and appreciated the big screen TV while we enjoyed the peaceful deck. The owners are were very kind and easy to work with. This property will NOT disappoint! We already want to go back!

Lovely home in an excellent location

We just returned from a wonderful, relaxing week at Summerfell. The home's layout was perfect for our family of two adults and three young children, with plenty of space for everyone. It was great to have the nicely finished downstairs as a bonus space for the kids to hang out in, and the furnishings throughout the home are comfortable, with a pleasant, beach-house vibe. The kitchen is well-equipped and has nice appliances, which I appreciated too! The location is on a quiet street within walking distance to Ridgevale Beach, and we were able to easily run and bike to the nearby Old Colony rail trail too. I highly recommend this property!

Great for young families

We love this location, Ridgevale Beach, and the home is lovely! Host are helpful and were readily available to answer questions and assist when necessary. Deck is on the smaller side but very nice and gets good shade in late afternoon. Outdoor shower is an excellent feature. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and cutlery. Very clean, comfortable beds, and our kids loved having the basement with large TV for rainy days. Would rent again!

Great location for a family getaway

Fantastic place - we would stay again. Well situated with no close neighbors right behind. A/C was great for the hot days. Plenty of room to spread out for our family of three. Only downside was that the pool table is pretty badly out of true so we didn't get much use of that. Otherwise, it had everything we needed and was exactly as described. We went the week before the high season started, so we had the option to drive or walk to the beach. The walk is short enough that my 10 year old didn't mind it. The bike path is an easy 5 min away as well. About 10 minutes into downtown Chatham by car for shopping etc.

Worked out great!

This property worked out great for our family (2 adult couples and one young toddler). The property was clean and nicely decorated and it was just a short walk to the beach. Fully stocked with everything we needed. There was even a high chair, baby gate for stairs and portable crib which were not listed as amenities. (This would have been helpful to know beforehand as we brought our own.) There was a bit of missing trim in one bedroom and the bathrooms needed some new grout, but overall very happy with the place and our stay!

Kids spring break vacation

Lovely home. Nice back porch, where we had most of our meals. 5 minute walk to ridgevale beach, where kids spent time building sand castles & playing paddleball. Short drive to Nickerson state park, where kids rode bikes and fished. We had wonderful week.

Relaxing getaway and great location

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay. The proximity to the beach, freshwater ponds and bike trail is a real plus. Nice neighborhood. The house is well maintained, bright and cheerful. Would certainly stay here again.

September Long Weekend

The house was exactly as described. It was meticulously clean and very well equipped. It was great to have sheets and towels supplied! The basement family room was great for the night owls so as not to disturb the others. The beach at the end of the street was very nice and had a convenient snack bar. The location was good. Close to everything, but very quiet. The deck is very secluded, perfect for morning coffee time. Overall top notch rental. We would come again.

Quarter mile walk to good beach, this house is so well done. Not overdone but cozy and very roomy for family of four or six. Attentive and kind owner. So enjoyed it.
