This was our second stay at this property. Staff is very friendly. Free breakfast is above average. They have a specific gluten free area with a dedicated gluten free toaster, which I personally very much appreciate it.That is a very unusual and appreciated accommodation for those with celiac disease. The property is currently construction so we are excited for a stay once that is completed. Recommend this hotel for sure.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. They were doing some renovations but explain that when we booked. We arrived an hour earlier then our check in time ,and. They let us check in and not wait. Which we really appreciated that.

The room was exceptional. The location is great. It is easy access to the 401 has restaurants near by and the casino next door. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a great selection for the complimentary breakfast. They currently have renovations going on but it was quiet and clean.

THE BREAKFASTS ARE REALLY GREAT. THE HOSPITALITY WAS VERY GOOD. RIGHT NOW THE HOTEL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION, SO THE ROOMS NEED UP DATING. THEY ARE DRAB AND WOULD LIKE TO SEE WHAT IT WILL LOOK LIKE WHEN IT IS FINISHED WE WERE HAPPY TO HAVE A ROOM WITH ROLLIN SHOWER, ONLY THE WATER FLOODED ALL OVER THE BATHROOM FLOOR WHICH NEEDED A DEEPER SLANT TOWARDS THE SHOWER DRAIN. ALSO THE WATER DID NOT GET HOT ENOUGH. FURNISHINGS NEED CLEANING. WE HAVE ALWAYS HAPPY WITH THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTELS, BUT THIS TIME WE WERE DISAPPOINTED. JIM AND LYNDA RUDY

The staff at the property were awesome. Friendly and helpful. The property is under renovation and once completed it should be awesome. Right now it is difficult to rate the room given it is in need of renovation. It had a rundown appearance but to be expected in advance of its renovation. Common areas such as front desk area and restaurant area looked great.
