It was not very clean. The couch was gross and stained. They had 2 chipped plates nothing else.. but they had a stove. I do t travel with cookware.

The room was average. Fairly clean but smelled of urine. The main problem with our stay was that there was a group of people being extremely loud late into the night that made it very hard to sleep. They were yelling and slamming doors. Felt very unsafe. Not sure if this is a common occurrence at this hotel but staff did not do anything about it. I would have slept better in my car. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough in the morning. I would not stay here again.

I am a frequent traveler. I found this hotel to be simply mediocre. What they call "breakfast" is a joke, unless all you want to eat is waffles. The owners are pinching every penny. I'm serious - decent tea bags are not that much more expensive than Walmart brand, people. They use powdered mix for their "gravy". A bag of white bread - still in the bag - for you folks! No other bread offered! No fruit, no yogurt - although they have a fridge that could utilize - and two kinds of dried cereal. Some sort of warmed circle eggs and frozen biscuits heated up. The rooms have been modernized with a rain shower head, but there is so little water coming out a regular shower will take you twice as long as it normally would. How this place gets any 5 star ratings is beyond me.

Always a great place to stay! Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and up to date. Everything works well. Staff is always on top of any supplies needed for the stat. Only down side is that I feel like breakfast could use a life. Could have more options. Need some sausage or bacon. More cereal options and fruits. Also a better selection of drinks. Not just OJ and Apple juice.

When we got to the room, we had dog poop outside the front door. When we got in our room, it did not smell clean. It smelled like urine. But it looked clean and fairly well decorated.

The room was fine, and the staff was nice enough, but I only had 2 towels for 2 guests for 2 nights. When I went down to ask for more towels, I was told I had to bring my old ones down and was then asked to put them in the laundry room myself. Housekeeping never cleaned or straightened the room while we were there.

I liked that this inn was affordable and convenient. The rooms were updated and generally clean. I had trouble understanding the staff member at the front desk. He was friendly and kind however. There were four people staying in our room, but we did not have enough towels, cups, etc for everyone. It would be nice if those things were taken care of ahead of time rather than having to request extra. That being said, we will consider staying here again.
