This special 100 year old building was built to recreate the famous NYC Flat Iron building in Manhattan. It was fully restored and renovated in 2024 and includes gated downtown parking. The exteriors historic beauty was preserved but the interior is 100% new! It captures the elegance and luxury of a high end Manhattan building while complimenting the historic charm on the outside. It is truly an incredible and unique guest experience in the heart of Downtown Chattanooga that can't be matched.

I live close by and can be available by phone or in person quickly if needed. Providing excellent service and an amazing experience for our guests is our highest priority.

This luxury condo is located in arguably the best location in all of Chattanooga! There are amazing restaurants in almost any direction you walk and Gated parking is included with a dedicated spot. The area is very safe any time of day and anything down town Chattanooga is a stone throw away!

You will have access to the entire Condo other than a locked supply closet.

The gym is available 24/7 and there is a dedicated gated parking spot.

Gated parking is included with the unit and you will have 1 dedicated spot. There is free parking outside of the building if needed for an additional vehicle. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and everything downtown is a short distance away.
