Service was amazing! We got in late and the room we were given was not the one we had booked, so they worked with us and got us an extra bed for the night so one of our kids wasn’t sleeping on the floor! Also, loved the shower and Breakfast was AMAZING! There was literally something for everyone and eggs made to order! My family loved it! We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

The hotel was pristine and lovely. Perks like a glass of wine or beer on your first night was excellent. Love a place that is not only pet friendly but pet welcoming. On the less positive note: the shower handle fell apart when I tried to take a shower (seems like a screw was not replaced when it was installed) and the much hyped breakfast was non-existent: chobani yogurt bar, some plain bagels, chicken or turkey sausage, and toast. They were even out of coffee at 8am.

Fantastic stay! Brad greeted us warmly after a long day of traveling and made check in a breeze. One of our kids was hungry and was able to order dinner at 10pm in a Sunday night! And it was good food! Comfy beds. Made to order omlets for breakfast. This hotel and its amazing staff exceeded our expectations!

Everything was so lovely. Only complementary hotel breakfast I've ever eaten - made-to-order omelettes, and real Greek yogurt with ACTUAL BERRIES. The work out facilities were top notch - everything felt very new and clean. Coffee was sub-par (and the espresso machine seemed to be using the same beans). Rooms were well-appointed - and I very much appreciated the faux hard wood floors on trafficked areas in the rooms. Super clean. Will always be looking for the Element hotels going forward.
