This owner really knows what they are doing! This home is very well appointed with great attention to detail. And who doesn’t want a luxury massage chair to relax in after a long day, loved it! One of the reasons we picked this home was because of its central location but we were a little disappointed that it was not within walking distance to some of the downtown restaurants and attractions

Amazing property with an excellent location!!! Condo had everything to keep us entertained and comfortable throughout our stay. Also communication was wonderful. The hosts made sure we had everything that we needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here the next time we are in Chattanooga!

Wonderful Experience!

We and our girls (age 9 and 11) had such a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for all the places we wanted to visit, and the amenities of the house kept us and our kids entertained when we weren't out exploring Chattanooga. The massage chair was an especially nice treat! There was a few times I had to message the hosts and they responded immediately and were more than willing to assist with our needs. We will definitely be booking with India and Desmond again in the future!

Summer weekend getaway

Property owners are excellent to work with. Came out and gave extra attention to our special needs son. We highly recommend. We were close to many attractions. On Saturday, we attended the zoo, aquarium and Tennessee Valley railroad museum/train ride. It was a great trip.

great vibes & immaculate!

this was by far, the BEST vaca home i’ve rented. the place was immaculate & looked as if it came straight out of an HGTV ad! aside from aesthetics, the kitchen was top notch & included every appliance, cookware, drinkware, spices, coffee, cleaning products, paper products, such as ziploc bags, foil, etc. my children thoroughly enjoyed the game room & massage chair, as did we! the house was located in an excellent location, 5-10 minutes from everywhere you want to be. the property itself was nice & well maintained. sits right next to a railroad, in which we all enjoyed watching the trains go by. we ate at the No. 10 steakhouse, which was located on the property, and it was superb. all in all, we had a wonderful trip & cannot wait to stay in another one of india & desmond’s properties.

Perfect in every way!

We stayed here for one night on our way through town but wish we could have stayed longer. The property was stylish, well appointed and immaculately clean. Check-in and check-out were smooth and we had no issues during our stay. The owners were friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. The attention to every detail was fantastic and we loved how organized and well thought out everything was. We highly recommend staying at this property! We were only there briefly so did not explore the neighborhood at all but saw the steakhouse within walking distance and it looked great and so convenient.

Wonderful place in Chattanooga close to everything we love in this city. Family located all over the SE and Chattanooga is central for our Christmas Day. Hosts are extremely friendly and responsive. Kitchen, living room, upper patio were all favorites. Hopefully it’s available in 2025!

Amazing Stay!

My friends and I stayed for three nights in India and Desmond’s awesome establishment. Everything was top-of-the-line, we had no complications and had everything that we needed. They were incredibly kind and informative. We even ate at the local steakhouse, which was top-notch. It was called No.10. Things to consider: - It is very close to train tracks. But this truly did not affect us at all. We were still able to get good sleep and it was not very loud. I’m assuming there is some pretty good insulation in that place. - The condos are also currently under construction. Although this did not affect our stay because we were there on the weekend, it’s simply good to know. This is also something that will resolve in the future. We would 100% stay here in the future. This was a great experience.

Everything we needed!

The home was absolutely amazing, the home was stocked with things incase we needed them for purchase and non purchase so convenient when you have 3 little ones and a pet! If I come back to the area I would want to rent from the same people, they know how to do rental property design and needs!

Excellent location and property

If you want to explore some of the excellent south side restaurants this is the place to be. It’s close to everything although I wouldn’t really call it walkable. Driving and parking were easy. Hosts did a fantastic job with communication, decorating, and maintaining the property. As some have mentioned, the trains take some getting used to, but nothing that we couldn’t overcome. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Place for Chattanooga

Loved staying at this townhouse. Everything was super clean, nice, and well-stocked. True to the pictures, we enjoyed the massage chair and the NBA jam arcade game, among other things! The location is on the outer part of down-town, but its in an area that is definitely getting more restaurants, breweries, etc. In regards to other reviews, this place is by the train tracks, but sound machines are provided in every room. It honestly wasnt really noticeable to begin with. My wife and I (and our son) sleep with sound machines, so it wasnt even an issue. And our kid loved seeing the trains go by every now and then. The hosts were super nice and very responsive! Definitely would stay again, next time we are back in Chattanooga!
