We stayed one night here for a quick trip to the Chattanooga Aquarium, the room was perfect size for my husband, myself, our grown daughter and two small grandchildren. Having a full kitchen was nice! Would definitely stay here again

A little pricy for everything that was wrong

The pool was cold and wasn't as clean as it should have been inside and around the pool area. My bedroom door wouldn't shut or lock. Great location but needs to be updated. The shower was great and the dove products smelled wonderful. I liked the gated parking. Close enough to everything we were visiting within a 5 minute drive. The price was great at first glance but by the time all the fees were added initially, it became a bit pricy only to have more fees added at check in. Overpriced considering that the ammenities weren't up to par. The breakfast was ok but not great. I was looking forward to waffles but only seen where they would have been if they had served them. The juice machine was out of order both days, which is usually one of the highlights for a good breakfast. The drinking water was not extremely cold and the ice maching didn't work but my husband said the coffee was really good. I also wanted to say that the layout of the room was great for a bigger family.

Overall id rate the property a 8/10. The room was clean but the air vents where filled with dust. The hotel was clean. Only downside is parking is 18$ a day and thats not mentioned in expedias description.

Very nice hotel: Just for managements info: Opportunity for improvement would be: the pull out sleeper sofa was in really bad condition my son slept there he didn't complain however the mattress on pull out sofa was really worn out and you could fill the springs directly (room 216). However, the regular queen bed mattress was excellent. Also opportunity for improvement would be the shower, very weak pressure and water didn't heat up very good. Also they could only give one key per room, we asked for two but they woudn't give a second key they said they were very low on keys. That made it a little difficult as we were walking back and forth from car show event. However, overall very nice i would give the hotel an 8 out of 10.

The air was not working very well in our room; it was a lot wamer in the room than it was in the hallway. Dishwasher was running with dishes in it when we got in the room. Breakfast was ok.

The only issue is 2 of the 3 people at the front desk were not friendly at all. They didnt let you know anything the hotel offers. So when you book on Expedia you have no clue. Great location, pretty clean room for a pet friendly hotel! Was exactly what we needed for my daughter college preview. Best was rough. But what hotels aren't?

We absolutely loved this place and will be back. We were traveling with an 8 month old and having a kitchenette, extra space, free pack n play crib, free breakfast, free managers reception evening drinks and food, free parking, easy access to everything close by, and more was just the best and way more than we expected for the low price. The staff were so great! While we didn't cook during our stay, my husband was so impressed with the stainless steel cookware in the kitchenette. Everything we could ask for! We'll definitely be back.

We stayed at Staybridge to attend an event at the convention center. The hotel was nice enough. The rooms could use an update. Particularly the carpets and furniture in the living room of the suites. They felt very worn. The bathrooms could really use some extra cleaning and our shower was difficult to operate because the hardware was so old. The air conditioning worked great, although it had a very loud rythmic hum while it was running. Overall The space worked for us for what we needed.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had I travel at work for a living I stay at hotels all the time and this is probably the most comfortable I've ever felt. It felt like home away from home it was great between the laundry services pool gym comfort and cleanliness of the room at 100% recommend to anyone and everyone in the air Great job

NOT AS ADVERTISED!

When we entered the lot, you could tell the lot was not very well tended to. We entered the establishment and waited at the service desk for over fifteen minutes for someone to come and check us in. When we entered our room, it was very different than advertised- dingy and as if the living area of suite had not been cleaned. The sofa sunk in and a spring pushed into your back. The kitchen area looked as if it had not been serviced. The included dishes were dirty. During the social hour, the lady who was over the area was very rude to my daughter about “going the wrong way” despite there not being any indicators on how the “assembly line” functioned. Another guest came through the line from the pool area and she was very rude to the woman also. In terms of refreshments, the ice machine did not work. The “free drinks” included one type of beer (an IPA) and three wine options (a rose, a Cabernet, and Merlot). The soda machine’s drinks did not taste right. The beds slept HORRIBLE- as stiff as I imagine a coffin would be! I have never had such poor back pain from a hotel mattress before. The breakfast bar was also very limited. Apple juice was out of order. The yogurt for the parfait did not taste right and ended up upsetting my son’s tummy. As a family of four with two teens, our expectations were not very high, but this did not accommodate our family appropriately. The only pro to our ONE night stay was the nice man at the front desk who gave us dinner suggestions.
