It’s right in a main road, very noisy along with the dogs in the next room. We did not have heat, 43 degrees at night. Had to go buy a heated blanket for $125. Staff could care less. Said they would have maintenance check it when we left?? Tried heat again 2nd night and it was smoking and set off smoke detector. Sent a message and not returned until we were leaving. Unplugged it hoping to stop a fire issue.

Very cute updated motel near Rock City and Ruby Falls. Turning in and out of the motel is terrible. Blind spots both directions in a curve on a busy road but other than that an nice overnight stay.

The room was cute and overall a good experience. The only personal observation was the shower is only a 3x3 stall shower which was very small to bath well in. Otherwise the room was great and convenient to the attractions in the area.

Room was great! Location was great!! Parking was great, even with our trailer on back, there was still plenty of room for us. The only problem was customer service. There wasn't any. The whole check-in was done remote and they gave a code to get in. Well.... I had trouble logging in to the wifi and there was no one to ask. I had to call the help line and that took forever and then they didn't know how to help me, so I wasted my time trying to get them to help. LUCKILY the neighbor was leaving his room, so we were able to ask HIM for help.

Nelson cabin was very close to a very busy scenic throughway. Very noisy, in addition, acorns dropping on tin roof throughout night, POW!!! AC unit not performing well, was not holding temp it was set at. Room was clean and conveniently located.

It was private. There was a nice back area we enjoyed. The parking lot was hard to leave from but that’s not the lodge’s fault. Easy to find.

the room was small it felt claustrophobic , it was clean and the bed was nice , it had a nice bathroom , but the water pressure in the shower was not good , the room had a very damp musky / mold smell to it which was causing my wife to have breathing difficulties and therefore we had to cut our losses and only stay 1 night instead of 2. the lodge is right of a main road so it was pretty noisy with traffic going by throughout the night and morning.

Super convenient, cute property, more private than a typical hotel, loved the option of the outdoor are and grill. My only complaint would be that it wasn't super clean, the floor under the couch was a mess, the floor was not very clean in general, there was someone's laptop and dirty socks left behind, the mirror in the bathroom was dirty, the table and chairs still had crumbs but aside from that we would absolutely stay again.

Great experience!

Very responsive host. Room was large and roomy. Huge shower! Room is located close to the road but we didn't experience any road noise. Big comfortable beds, very very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.
