We couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our stay! We will definitely be back. The valet service was so kind, the room was impeccable, and The Vault bar was a one of a kind spot. Wouldn’t change a thing!

Room was a little narrow but the bathroom was spacious. There was more the idea of a Mountain View. Make sure you make reservations for outside on the roof top bar. The rooms were not cleaned daily but the staff were helpful in replenishing towels.

This place is so nice. We were even lucky enough to find free street parking and avoid the parking charges. The rooftop bar was so nice and fun! The area felt very safe and our stay was perfect.

This is a very new hotel that is still working out the kinks, so bear that in mind if you go anytime soon. We used the valet service, they were super friendly and knowledgeable. Upon check in, our room was delayed. The staff member told us that none of the bars were open. After waiting for half an hour in the lobby, we overheard a more experienced staff member inform someone that the sky bar was indeed open.

The room listing of "mountain view" is extremely misleading. I mentioned this when I checked in and was told management would contact me directly. I stayed two nights and still nothing from management. I asked today when I checked out and was told they would put it in my notes. Misleading advertising is not fair to the customer. I would have picked somewhere else to stay if it had been marketed correctly. And still no call from management.
