Great service let me book in early i could not get the tv to work shower was a dribble and the decour in the bathroom was tired

Accommodation was adequate with a few problems, there was a water drip noise echoing up the bath plug hole disturbing our sleep, the shower flow was extremely poor and the handle support would not support the shower head so it drooped making it impossible to have a normal shower.
Noisy doors banging shut late at night and early morning.
A place to AVOID in my opinion, Iâve stayed in better Travelodge at less money !
Very clean, possibly would have been nice to have some apps on the TV. The shower didn't have a lot of pressure, and the bathroom lacked a radiator.
The bed was comfortable enough.
Ideally located for us as visiting family that live in Charlton Kings and didnât want to stay in central Cheltenham where most hotels donât have dedicated parking.
The room however felt a bit dated and the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. My husband resorted to sleeping on the floor for a couple hours the last morning.
The room was excellent. The only let down was that breakfast was advertised as available from 8am (not just to guests but also on a banner outside the hotel) but by 8:30 the dining room was still locked and in darkness, and no staff were around to ask. I don't know if it opened after that as I had to go. If you're wanting breakfast I'd check first.
Awful, grubby dirty towels and dusty, I did not stay and moved to another hotel, I spoke to the Manager Sammy for a refund and she point blankly refused ÂŁ394.. Iâve had to go through my bank to get a refund

We stayed here to visit friends who live really close to the hotel. As this is a "contactless hotel" there is no reception to check in or out. You should receive a text/email the day before your stay telling you the access code to gain entry to the hotel, your room number and code to open the key safe on the wall outside your room. This worked well for us but you do need to check that you have received this as I don't know what you would do if you didn't have this info. The staff were around in the morning and they were polite and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again.
The hotel used a code policy to enter the hotel and room,so not many staff about to help with any enquiries. The room itself was well set out and comfortable, with lots of cupboards and draws to put clothing.The hotel just lacked atmosphere.
