Room didn’t go well. Although the room was very spacious and could have been a great overnight stay the rooms are Extremely Dusty and I mean Visibly DUSTY on the baseboards, carpets, walls, desktop, lamps just EVERYWHERE Now if visiting someone’s home stepping into what this room looked like was so disturbing just imagine how it may have felt paying to stay in a room as such felt like. Especially someone that has medical conditions such as myself it was not pleasant and yes I did have the choice to stay or leave in any case I had just finished driving a 5 in half hour trip and was exhausted and needed to lay my head down and this wasn’t any better the bed wasn’t comfortable neither were the pillows. Will I plan to stay again I will not but I will say the front desk staff checking us in and out was very pleasant.

Upon check in we arrived at our room to find it dirty. Not sure exactly how this happened but the room had been “cleaned” as the beds were made and towels were fresh but someone had taken a massive crap in the toilet and it looked like they had urinated on the floor by the toilet. We called housekeeping and two supervisors came. To our room. They took pictures and apologized and assured us they would re-clean the entire room and disinfect the entire room. They also promised to comp part of our room rate. The ick factor was huge after seeing this but we allowed them to clean the room and thanked them for the room rate reduction. Unfortunately, the room was never reduced and we were charged full price. Again, not sure if this is typical but we did find out that there was at least one other room that was also unclean on the same floor as ours as we met the people in the hallway and heard a similar story as we experienced. I enjoy my stay very much. Room was very clean and spacious. Being the first time there I didn’t know there were 2 hotels to the property. I would have liked to know this when I reserved. I didn’t know what entrance to go to. All and all I would go back. The restaurants were very good.
