upon getting to our room the refrigerator did not work and we need that due to meds. the desk clerk changed our room and some of the lights didn't work and when the sink was on for brushing teeth it leaked all over the counter so had to keep a towel wrapped around it. The toilet was too low and you felt like you were sitting on the floor. Need more of a variety for breakfast. The one positive was the mirror w/ the lighting in the bathroom made it easy to see to put on make up.

there was no bedding for the pullout bed in the room. I tried to call the front desk and got no answer. I went downstairs and found the manager in the laundry room folding sheets and asked for bedding. I was given a fitted sheet a regular sheetand two pillows with no pillowcases. No comforter. I was put in an inaccessible room. and two pillows with no pillowcases. No comforter. I was put in an accessible room, which is not what I booked. The hand shower was pathetic. The television did not work. The Wi-Fi did not work. This stay was absurdly bad.
