Check in was quick and painless. The desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. The location was offered access to the highway and I didn’t have to go through the tunnel not once.

First time I’ve stayed at this location! Don’t stay on the first floor!!! The cleaning staff was loud and woke me up…. My light next to my bed did work and we did not have an ice bucket!! I paid a good price but the rooms are subpar!!!

Everything about our stay at the Tru by Hilton was great, except the maintenence on the hot water. We arrived on Wednesday night, took one shower and couldnt get another shower until friday afternoon.

The shower had hair in it and looked like it was not cleaned. Their was pink mildew in the shower as well. They can do better at cleaning, this is Hilton. People stay for the name and reputation.

Didn’t know there was an airport shuttle! Stay was good. Quiet & clean. Good a/c & shower. Loved the lemon bath wash! Plan to stay again at the end of our trip. Staff was friendly. Lots of shopping nearby! Delicious Mexican restaurant right next to hotel. Can walk across the parking lot to it. Los Burritos! Scrumptious!!

We checked in and were not told by the front desk that the hot water wasn't working until we tried to shower and then called and they told us. The front desk was nice enough to explain what we had to do to get the refund through Expedia. We did not stay there. We went elsewhere.

Heard a LOT of traffic and the A/C unit made a lot of noise when turning on and when on, so we didn't get good sleep. Also, the beds were super saggy on the sides. If you didn't want to feel the springs, you had to try and balance in the middle. There was no fan in the bathroom and no shelves in the shower, but the shower had good water pressure. The sink, however, had zero water pressure. It was basically a drizzle.
