The room was filthy, it smelt like cigarettes and the shelves were falling off walls in the bathroom. Paint was peeling off the walls. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I will never stay at a Wyndom hotel again.

Clean and affordable, especially for a holiday weekend. Check in was quick and easy. There was a strong chemical cleaning smell in the halls, but I'm very sensitive to smells anyway. The room was as advertised. Parking was plentiful. Will come again.

Booked this hotel primarily for my daughter and I to use the pool during our stay, but was under maintenance (not working). The shower head in the room barely worked / no pressure. The bath tub and Shower curtain was dirty (gross). Was only 1 tiny bottle of shampoo/conditioner in one, not enough for 2 people. Multiple areas / spots of the interior of the hotel and our room needs repainted. Staff was very nice and continental breakfast was good.

This hotel use to nice and we come here every thanksgiving but this year will be our last, pool was unavailable, the room smelled like 20 packs of Newport, bedbugs, hole in my bedroom door and burn marks and the rugs and the shower didn’t work. I will never go back that was it for me and my family.

The staff were nice but the overall condition of the hotel was not clean. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Common areas such as the elevator waiting areas and hallways were dirty. One room was on the 4th floor and one on the 3rd. My mom and daughter stayed on the 3rd floor and had to be moved to another room the 2nd day of our stay as my mom was bitten by something in the bed with bites on her neck and arm. Our room was on the 4th floor and the elevator area was not cleaned during our stay. There were some sort of crumbs on the floor as well as spots where someone had spilled a sticky drink of some sort. The hallway carpets were dingy and smelled. They could clearly use a good cleaning at the least. The same for the room carpets. The rooms were relatively clean but we definitely wont be staying here again. We booked this hotel quickly and just saw the 8/10 reviews without reading them thoroughly. Please don’t make the same mistake.

Everything was great except the fact the Internet was not working in our room on the TV, there were a group of teenage girls blasting music and doing a dance competition right outside my window at 8am then right after that, landscaping people were outside my window for almost two hours with a leaf blower and other loud equipment. Between 5 and 7 this same morning doors were slamming and kids were running up and down the hallways. No type of quiet time morning or night during our stay.
