This apartment is not as advertised.
We booked it because it says it sleeps 6 and has 2 king beds.
It does not. The master bed is probably queen size and the other bed is smaller. Itâs also pushed against a wall on one side due to the size of the bedroom so you could only get 2 people in it if they climb over each other !
The photos are very deceptive. This is in fact a very small apartment.
We were forced to use the sofa bed because of the non king begs as advertised and with the sofa bed extended you canât access the fridge or kitchen sink without moving the small dining table.
Overall the apartment was very clean and modern with a great location for walking into Chester but it is not suitable if you have more than 3 people in your party.
Great location and excellent to have car parking space with the property. Communication about the property from the company renting it was superb. Inside the property the kitchen was well equipped for a short break and the bathroom was modern with a great shower. The 2 bedrooms had good beds with decent linen and towels etc.
Only minor things limiting my overall rating to pleasing rather than excellent were: standard of property wasn't consistent throughout. The sofa bed had stains on it that could have easily been cleaned prior to our arrival, there was an exposed screw where plaster had come off the wall and some of the blinds were broken so that they didn't pull up and down. I reported these things to the company on my arrival and they did respond swiftly explaining that there maintenance team would sort these things out and apologised. These aspects were not a significant problem overall and would not put me off staying at the property again.
