An average hotel at best. The glass on the sliding door to the bathroom had large crack that I noticed upon checking into my room. I reported it immediately. Overall, walls were marked up and scuffed, bathroom looked more like a college dorm and food was nothing remarkable. Other hotels have much better breakfast options than what they served here. First and last time I would stay here. When I pay close to $230 for the room, plus parking and food I expect something more.

This hotel was okay.. had to change room due to stained mattress and a possible bug . Staff was accommodating , but would probably stay somewhere else, beds are outdated and bedding is thin. Very small rooms . The location has shopping and right next to Fogo de Chao.

You can bounce to just about anywhere on a short walk from this hotel. It's right across from shopping, restaurants, bars and was super convenient for a nigh out.

Great Room but bathroom lighting is HORRIBLE.

Not unhappy but a few things to note.... the ice machine was broken, the pool was closed, and the gym wasn't as nice as it looked in the photos. In-room phone doesn't give front desk option and the other buttons didn't pick up. I had to google the hotel's direct line and call from my cell to ask a question. Room was very comfortable and I liked the closet space, shower, desks, bed, everything EXCEPT.... easily the WORST bathroom lighting I've ever seen. OVERHEAD FLORESCENT LIGHTING IS AWFUL. We cannot do our makeup and it makes everyone look hideous. No one who feels hideous is going to leave a 5-star review. I can't believe how many hotels do this... even 5-star resorts are guilty of this. That's my PSA.
