The noise insulation in the property is terrible. We had a room that adjoined to another, and it was if the people next door were in our room. What made it even worse - on the 2nd night, the people next door played loud music and partied until 2:30 AM (after we complained, management did get them to turn off their music at 12:45 AM). The next night, the occupant left their TV on all night. I had to wear ear plugs to get to sleep. Furthermore, we had a herd of buffalo staying above us, continually stomping around from one end of the room to the other. Having said all of this, I guess it really boils down to the fact that these other guests were very inconsiderate.

Really need to update pull out beds. The pull out was broken and the floors very dirty. Was told all pull outs were missing springs. Since I got it on your app I received a 20 percent discount and they couldn’t charge room but would give me a pull out. The pandemic is over clean those rooms and update the bedding this is a poor suite no star just nasty.

Satisfied with stay and friendly staff at Baymont

Pleasant stay and very satisfied. close to Gurnee mall and plenty of places close by to eat. rooms were very clean, breakfast was ok. Only issue gym room is small and machine were rusted/noisy. Will stay again when travelling.

I have stayed here in the past and wasn’t charged a 100.00 fee for possible damage. No safety bars in bathroom, lousy TV viewing, the pool was out of order. I will probably not be staying there anymore.

Everything was good with the hotel. The only downside is that there is a 100 dollar deposit that isn't mentioned in their booking so I recommend setting aside 100 dollars for the deposit and you'll get it back in the next couple days after checkout. Honestly no complaints here it just was the surprise 100 dollars deposit but I got it back within a couple days! Highly recommend though!

The bed was comfy and the hotel was clean, that’s where the good things end. The room looked like it was hit by several things and the soaps are not even enough to clean you. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Only two “gross” hot options. Overall a comfy sleep but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired.
