It was very clean and surprisingly quiet for Chicago. But the whirlpool and the sauna were not working and no one seemed to know anything about it. And the buck was passed.

I will stay here again

This was an amazing little hotel. It was clean, beds were comfortable. They had a nice breakfast, and the staff was extremely friendly. They also provide bottled water which is a plus

Great spot in the middle of a great neighborhood. Owners are great and constantly updating the property. This part of Chicago has limited options for hotels. Don’t be scared off by the BestWestern name. This is a really nice hotel.

Hidden gem!

Not your grandma’s Best Western! This hotel is a hidden gem. We stayed in the suites, which are in an adjacent building. Super clean, comfy bed and good space to work. Highly recommend. The only downside is the not-so-special breakfast. Find a good diner on your own. There are plenty!

The staff were either vapid or very rude. Not clean rooms,the rooms don't look as advertised. The parking fee is ridiculous and non conducive to hosting guests.

This is an excellent hotel that is within walking distance of Wrigley Field. (We went to a MSU-Wisconsin hockey game.) The hotel is very clean, the rooms spacious and just a very nice hotel. Plus, it has an excellent breakfast. We will be coming back here for a Cubs baseball game.
