Outstanding location. Clean. But the bed was too firm. Is there a choice of bed type? Or can you place a feather bed or topper on it that softens the mattress? I have problems with sleep and a too-firm mattress makes it worse. Also, . I don't know why I had ask for a room cleaning. I just wanted the trash cans emptied, the towels replaced, and a vacuuming. Also, no one told me that cooking and table utensils were available on request. I thought I had to provide them. Is it really too much to ask that check-in tells you that.

I booked this hotel last minute. There must have been something happening in Chicago that weekend because all the hotels I’d normally stay at were booked or super expense. This did the job though, somewhere to lay my head when I wasn’t exploring Chicago. Great location.

Loved the staff, great people. Quiet hotel within walking distance to many things. My only minor complaint is there wasn’t a mini fridge in the rooms to keep drinks cold. Besides that, wonderful, beautiful hotel. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a 5 night stay in Chicago and found this hotel was in a fantastic location with a great pub right next door. Especially for travellers having a complimentary laundry was wonderful 💯 The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and the staff were all lovely and helpful. Reasonably priced too Would definitely recommend!

Very nice Downtown Hotel!

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice view out of the window, bathroom was clean. No issues at all. We enjoyed our stay there, and would absolutely recommend it and we would definitely stay here again!

Convenient hotel location with adjacent restaurant that serves breakfast through late into the evening; water bottles and chilled filtered water on each floor; close to the "L" and an easy walk to the Amtrak station, most of the Broadway series theaters, and the Art Institute.
