Loved the welcome on arrival--staff were friendly as I've come to expect in Chicago. Room was available early, a kindness. Room was quiet and well-appointed. Did not take breakfast at the Elephant and Castle pub attached to hotel, but Nespresso maker in the room was handy and full-service coffee machine in the business center below lobby was magnificent. Room showed a little wear to carpet and fixtures but this kind of stuff doesn't concern me.

I like and appreciate that they have a free complementary launderette. So many have only high priced laundry service per item. Also the complementary coffee drink machine in their lounge much appreciated.

It’s a great value! People are nice. The property is generally clean… The reason for being short a star under ‘cleanliness’ is the carpet in the hallway was a little worn (looked dirty) but the room was clean. We will go back!

The staff was nice, room was nice enough, but the HVAC was badddddd. It was so nice outside, but I could get the AC to cool the room and you can't open the windows. They do allow dogs, but hotels.com won't let you add them to the reservation. If the hotel doesn't know in advance, they are a little irritated.

Often when visiting Chicago in the past I’ve fallen into the high price/expensive parking trap feeling the absolute pressures of not knowing exactly where I would be staying in proximity to what or where I needed to be: the net result was always paying a lot, for not much more. My daughter turned me on to logos Hotel it isn’t the four seasons mind you: but for a nice accommodation well within walking distances, and plenty of transportation options available this one hit the nail on the head; and at half the price! So I would recommend this property .
