Location was awesome parking was a little out of the way but it’s downtown Chicago close all the restaurants and bars. Right on the river front . Just no microwave or mini refrigerator in the room. But some staff was willing to accommodate while others not so much. Definitely use again Thanks …

Great customer service as usual, but! This was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, as someone who is cluster phobic I was really uncomfortable, there was no view. I had a better experience staying in river hotel last time.
