The condition of the room and several other aspects of my stay were far below the standards I expect from a reputable hotel. Hallway carpet are dirty and stained. Upon arriving at our assigned room, we were immediately met with a room that was not clean. The carpet was stained, there were hairs in the bed. Also the room had a strong and unpleasant chemical odor. This chemical smell, made my wife and I feel nauseated. Due to the unacceptable condition of the room, we were forced to request a different room. Beyond the room itself, we also encountered problems with the parking lot that was consistently full. Breakfast was blend and never changed up. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Since I was leaving in the morning at 7:00 AM, I could not avail of the free breakfast. Last night, at check-in, however, they offered to pack me a breakfast bag for the morning. It was ready when I came down at 6:55 AM. Thanks for the extra touch.

Stranded at O'Hare due to weather, so I needed a reasonable priced hotel nearby with 24/7 free airport shuttle. This worked. Easy to book and check in, clean and comfortable, staff helpful. The restaurant across the parking lot was good, filling, friendly.
