The smell of the room was not fresh. Under my desk, there was a dirty sock. The closet’s doors had a hole on it, and they did not slide well. The couch was torn, dirty and smelly.

Comfort Suites rooms was horrible torn arm rest on sofas,stains on walls,refrigerator would freeze the food,fleas bite me until i purchased powder for the floor and vacuumed them up,sink stopper didn't work so sink stopped up on me,tv kept loosing signal,air conditioner sounded like a diesel truck,clerk jennifer was the worst she had a nasty attitude very unprofessional i had American express on the phone as i was trying to get a refund for the card being charged without my permission so i booked another reservation with citi and jennifer was loud confrontational and harassing when all i needed was a refund American express witnessed jennifers behavior i feel she had a problem with the color of my skin,after complaining all i was told is the property will be a Marriott jennifer didn't care about my needs at all period

Shuttle was hard to get a hold of, wait time for front desk calls was 10-12 minutes! If you want to make your flights, don’t stay here or get an uber. Water leaks in walls and torn furniture
