Don’t waste your time or money

They need to shut down! It was horrible and thrown together even with the so called updates they should offer customers better quality services especially if we’ve chosen to stay there and spend our money. The online pictures definitely aren’t current and very misleading! My air didn’t work. Had to fight just to get another room even after maintenance confirmed it wasn’t working! I even toted my daughter’s breathing machine back downstairs to give a further explanation why I needed another room. My daughter also has epilepsy. I couldn’t find another room in the area they were booked solid. Remind you I’ve driven 13 hours for my grandmother’s funeral!!!! Also 6/7 other families were complaining upon arrival.

I found bug repellent in my bags, I got them before the hotel. Three times staff tried coming into my room after hours I asked for a new room because I couldn’t breathe and I was dizzy. My cats wouldn’t even touch the bed something wasn’t right. I was charged almost $300 for that night. There’s no laundry on site, you have to use the other hotel and limited hours. Expensive only one dryer. Room 107 check for yourself. How are my pictures deleted??

Hit and run accident

Hotel sucks because of the parking lot and the room has defect in the shower faucet. It will be my last stay due to getting hit and run in this parking lot property. Car was not safe to park at all.
