I arrived at the property and was unable to gain access via the intercom or the phone number listed in the confirmation email and on the Hotels.com website. I waited outside for around 20â30 minutes before being let in by someone who happened to be entering the building.
Once inside, I was unsure where to go as my app hadnât been set up correctly. I eventually found an office with two staff members and asked for assistance.

In addition, the room itself had several issues: there was a constant noise from the air conditioning unit that could not be turned off, and the window blinds were poorly fitted with no curtains provided, making it difficult to block out light and get a proper nightâs rest, I was also told by several taxi drivers the area wasnât a nice area to be in.
Due to these issues and the misleading listing, I was forced to book another hotel for several nights at additional personal cost.
